Stock Availability

At Maiden Voyage we try to keep all items in stock so we can service your order quickly. If, for any reason, we cannot supply a product immediately we will contact you via email or phone and advise you of the next availability or alternative.

Pricings

All prices listed are in Australian dollars and include GST. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Urgent Requests

Should you have a request for an urgent delivery, please contact us, we will do our very best to accommodate you.

Missing Parcels

On the rare occasion that a parcel does not arrive within the prescribed destination time:

    * Check for a courier calling card
    * Contact your local PO or Mail Centre
    * Contact Maiden Voyage

Return and Exchange

Your Maiden Voyage item is covered by a 6 month warranty. This means that we will replace, repair or refund an item which is faulty for a 6 month period from date of purchase. The original receipt must be provided. It does not cover reasonable wear and tear, stains, marked or torn leather, or soiled items.

We will refund items (include the postage) if they are faulty (A faulty product does not include damage incurred by the purchaser in failing to maintain and care for the product properly), incorrect (ie not what you ordered), items must be returned within 7 days of purchase, in their original condition-this means unworn, all original labels and packaging are attached, and with our original receipt. We reserve the right to deny you a refund if we deem the item to not meet these standards. Denied refunds will simply be returned to you. You are liable for any postage costs incurred when refunding/exchanging.

If you wish to return an item simply because you change your mind we will exchange or refund (exclude the postage) you for the items within 7 days from the date of purchase, unworn and in its original condition with labels/tickets attached and with our original receipt, your refund will be given to you by the same method you paid us.

Exchanges will be given of items meet the above standers. Please note that our stock is seasonal and in high rotation, we might not always have the exact same item for you, in this case you will be given the option of a refund, a different item (any price difference must either be paid by you in terms of a more expensive item, or refunded by us of the new item is cheaper than the original purchase) or a credit note.

Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless they are faulty or incorrect.

Maiden Voyage items are not made for “heavy duty” usage, due to their soft leathers. They can certainly be used every day, but they must be treated with love and care.

When you make your order please be aware that some of our products have small natural marks on them. This is part of the unique and natural character of eelskin products.

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

Delivery

At Maiden Voyage, we despatch your online order within 2 working days from receipt of payment. We use Auspost Express services, and offer a flat shipping rate of AUD$11 for all the big items, and $7 for small items to anywhere within Australia.

International

We use Australian Post International Express services for all our international orders and the orders will be sent out within 3 working days from receipt of payment. The price at the check out does not include the postage, please contact us via email for the cost of the postage, then we will get back to you with a postal quote then you can pay with your credit card via the website, email or phone. For our international customers, all prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Prices do not include relevant overseas custom duties and/or other taxes that you may incur. Please click the link below for the postage calculation.
